SECTION 01

About Terrain Restoration Support

What is terrain restoration support?

Terrain restoration support operates on the principle that disease does not simply happen to us — it develops in a specific biological environment. Rather than targeting disease, terrain restoration support works to change the internal conditions that allowed the disease to take hold: correcting nutritional deficiencies, reducing inflammation, eliminating toxins, and restoring cellular function through diet, herbs, and lifestyle.

What does “terrain” mean?

The terrain is the internal biological environment of the body — the quality of the cells, the lymphatic system, the kidneys, the pH, the hydration. When the terrain is compromised, the body struggles. When the terrain is restored, the body remembers how to function.

How is this different from functional or integrative approaches?

Many functional approaches still target symptoms or conditions — just with natural tools instead of pharmaceutical ones. Terrain restoration begins further back, with the environment that allowed the condition to develop. The goal is not to treat the condition. The goal is to change the conditions.

SECTION 02

About Iridology

What is iridology?

Iridology is the art and science of reading the iris as a detailed map of the body’s organ systems, constitutional strengths, and areas of weakness. Specific zones of the iris correspond to specific organ systems. By photographing and analyzing the iris, Lynn can see where the body is burdened before a member even describes their symptoms.

Is iridology painful or invasive?

Not at all. The iridology assessment involves photographing your iris and analyzing the image. It is completely non-invasive and takes place in a single session.

What can iridology?

Iridology can areas of inflammation, toxic accumulation, organ weakness, lymphatic congestion, and constitutional tendencies. It gives Lynn a starting point for your terrain assessment that no lab test or intake form can provide.

How accurate is iridology?

Lynn has been practicing iridology for several years. The assessment is as accurate as the practitioner’s training, experience, and depth of reading. It is a tool for understanding terrain — not for diagnosing conditions.

SECTION 03

About the Thrive Membership

What is the Thrive Membership?

The Thrive Membership is a personalized terrain restoration program. Members receive an iridology assessment, a custom herbal protocol, dietary guidance, and regular check-ins with Lynn directly. The protocol evolves as your terrain responds.

Is the Thrive Membership a replacement for medical treatment?

The Thrive Membership is a holistic approach where members choose it instead of conventional treatment. Lynn does not diagnose, prescribe, or interfere with your medical care. What she provides is a deep, personalized terrain assessment, support and education with a natural protocol designed to support your body’s own healing capacity.

How long does the membership last?

The Thrive Membership is six months long. Every terrain is different. Every person heals at their own pace. The membership can be renewed as long as it is needed, as it serves your healing journey.

How often do I meet with Lynn?

Members meet with Lynn regularly for check-ins throughout their membership. The frequency is determined by where you are in your protocol and what your terrain needs.

Do I meet with Lynn directly, or with someone on her team?

You meet with Lynn. Every session. That is the membership.

SECTION 04

Herbal Protocols

Are the herbal protocols safe?

Lynn’s protocols use botanical herbs and tinctures with a long history of traditional use. Every formula is built specifically for your terrain findings. Lynn reviews your health history, current experience, and any known sensitivities before formulating your protocol.

Where do the herbs come from?

Lynn uses high-quality botanical sources and formulates protocols using proprietary tinctures developed through her years of practice.

Will the protocol change over time?

Yes — always. Terrain is not static and neither is your protocol. As your body responds and your terrain shifts, Lynn adjusts the formulas at your regular check-ins.

SECTION 05

Getting Started

How do I apply?

Click “Apply for the Thrive Membership” anywhere on the site. Lynn reviews every application personally and schedules a brief discovery call to confirm it is a good fit for both of you.

What happens on the discovery call?

The discovery call is a brief conversation where Lynn learns about your current health situation, answers your questions, and determines whether the Thrive Membership is the right fit. There is no pressure or sales pitch.

How many members does Lynn take on?

Membership is limited by design. Lynn takes on a small number of members to ensure she can give every person the attention their terrain requires.

What does the membership cost?

Because every protocol is built specifically for your terrain, the investment varies. Lynn discusses this fully during the discovery call, after she understands your situation.
